• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests (strictly enforced)
• Quiet hours: 22:00–07:00
• Smoking: strictly prohibited indoors — designated outdoor smoking areas only
• Pets: not permitted unless by prior written arrangement
• Parties / events: not allowed without prior written consent
• Visitors: day visitors must be pre-approved and leave by 20:00
• Parking: available on-site — vehicles parked at owner's risk
• WiFi: complimentary — fair usage applies
• Rubbish: please use bins provided and separate recycling where indicated
• Towels & linen: provided — please do not remove from the property
• Energy & water: please conserve — this is a coastal area subject to restrictions
• Children: welcome — parents/guardians are responsible for supervision at all times
• Noise: please be considerate of neighbours and other guests at all times
• The unit is thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival
• Additional day-to-day cleaning is available during your stay (Monday–Friday only; no cleaning service on weekends)
• If you prefer that we do not enter the unit for cleaning, simply let us know and we will respect your request
• The swimming pool is strictly off-limits unless prior written request and approval has been granted
• When approved, use is permitted. No alcohol, drugs, or excessive noise/shouting is allowed
• Children under 12 years must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times
• There are animals living on the property. Guests must not antagonise, harass, chase, feed, or interfere with them in any way
• Please keep a respectful and safe distance at all times
• Guests interact with or approach the animals entirely at their own risk. The owners accept no responsibility for any injury, incident, or damage that may occur
